LED Light Therapy is everywhere right now, however not all LED devices are.

There are some important factors to consider →

Wavelength Accuracy

In order for there to be therapeutic benefits, LED lights MUST deliver specific wavelengths (i.e. 633nm for red light, 830nm for near-infrared).

Intensity & Power Output

If your device lacks a strong, consistent power output, therapeutic light energy is unable to reach the target cells to trigger a response (healing, collagen production etc).

Device Quality

Each individual LED bulb can range anywhere from $0.10 cents up to $6.00. Low-quality bulbs often provide a weak, inconsistent dose of light, and may even do more harm than good. Cheap devices often emit heat - which they shouldn’t (this is especially harmful for those prone to pigmentation).

Why We Use Jennifer Brodeurs MAX+ LED In-Clinic

MAX+ is made in-house in Montreal, using the highest quality LED bulbs you can find. It is polychromatic, which means it uses multiple wavelengths of light in one session to target specific skin conditions i.e. red, blue & near- infrared for acne. MAX+ is trusted by famous faces like Michelle Obama & Oprah Winfrey.
