  • Why do I need a 1-on-1 consultation?

    Our Face Club Skin Therapists are trained to understand the structure and functions of the skin. They will take a deep dive into your lifestyle, medical and cosmetic history, before performing a thorough virtual skin analysis. This expert level of care by a trained professional ensures that the highly active products you use are contributing to the future health of your skin.

  • How do I prepare for my consultation?

    Please ensure you take our Skin Quiz prior to your consultation. Make sure you have a strong internet connection, sit in a quiet space with natural light, and if you feel comfortable, we recommend having a cleansed face before joining the link. Let your Skin Therapist know if you don't feel comfortable turning your camera on, we will be happy to accommodate you.

  • What happens during the consultation?

    Our Skin Therapist will perform a Skin Analysis technique specifically based on your concerns and goals. From here we’ll come up with a treatment plan that fits into your lifestyle. Our Skin Therapist can help you order from our selection of professional-grade products, supplements, and home tools which can be delivered right to your door. If you need time to think that’s fine too, you’ll also receive a link to a cart later.

  • What happens after the consultation?

    You can expect to receive a follow-up email in the next few days after your appointment with detailed instructions of your treatment plan.  Feel free to email with any questions you have after the call.

  • How much does it cost?

    25 minute virtual consultations are $45. Consultations are free for existing clients and email subscribers.
