Looking to submit a refund or return? Please email hello@faceclubskin.com to fill out a short form to help us understand your situation and follow up appropriately.

We offer a 7 day full refund* policy for items that are unopened, unused, and with original packaging still intact. We charge a 3% processing fee on all product order cancellations. Product(s) must be in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened products. 

*Refunds do not include shipping charges.

If you’ve had a reaction to a product, please contact hello@faceclubskin.com to fill out an Allergic Reaction Form. Please note that the products sold at Face Club are highly active and come with a temporary adjustment period, especially those containing Vitamin A.
