Shipping policy
Face Club offers complimentary standard shipping on orders of $150 or more (not including discounts and tax).
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently only ship to addresses in Canada.
To inquire about ordering for delivery outside of Canada or to inquire about other shipping options within Canada, please contact us via our Contact Us page.
ORDER PROCESSING
Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt, with exceptions during peak holiday periods. Once your order has been processed, you will be notified with an Order Confirmation Email.
Orders must be received by 1pm PST Monday-Friday to be processed on the same day. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Orders do not require a signature for delivery.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. Expedited delivery may only available for select locations.
Shipping to PO Boxes requires a $14.99 shipping fee, regardless of meeting the order minimum. If you place your order to a PO Box, we will reach out to request a different address, or we will send you an invoice to pay $14.99 before your order is shipped.
We do not currently offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
At this time, we are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.
Please note that certain items which are considered hazardous materials by regulatory authorities (e.g. pressurized spray cans, fragrance, etc.) can only be shipped via ground shipping due to air transport regulations.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

TAXES
All taxes will be applied subject to applicable federal and provincial tax legislation.
