How do I know if my skin is suitable to roll?

How do I use it?
Start by rolling twice a week in the evenings and slowly progress to daily use. Roll on cleansed skin, vertically, horizontally and diagonally for approximately 3 minutes on each area of the face.

How do I clean it?
Clean the roller with warm water after each use. It should be sanitized once a week with the Roll-CIT Cleaning Solution.
